A mandate sets a maximum, not the amount. The rules need headroom above the price from the first payment. The difference is never charged.

A failed payment never locks you out that day. It is retried, you get a week with the app fully working, and we call you. Detail on refunds and cancellations.

Before you ask.

What happens to my data if I stop paying?

It stays yours and it stays readable. A shop that has stopped paying can still open the app to download a complete copy of everything, stock, sales and customers alike, as a file and as spreadsheets. We never hold a shop’s own records hostage.

I am not in Udaipur. Can I still buy this?

Yes. We set up shops anywhere in India. Your stock is loaded and your staff trained over video call and screen share, and the price is the same wherever you are. If you are near Udaipur we come to your counter instead, at no extra charge.

Is there a setup or onboarding fee?

No. There is nothing to pay upfront. You start on two free weeks with no card, and once you stay on, our people bring your existing stock in for you at no extra charge. If it lives in Excel or other software, send us the file with its photos and every piece is in, with its photo, within a few hours. See refunds and cancellations.

Do I need to buy anything else? A computer, a server, a printer?

No server and no computer. It runs in the browser on the phones your staff already carry. If you want to print invoices, challans or tags you need a printer. Any ordinary one you already have will do.

Does the price go up?

If it ever changes, you are told at least 30 days before the new price is charged, by email and by phone, and you can cancel before it takes effect at no charge. Nothing above the ₹5,000 ceiling could be taken in any case. This is clause 4.3 of the terms.

What is actually in the app for the money?

Twenty-five screens, all of them included: stock and live rates, the counter and its quote cards, GST invoices, customer khata in rupees and grams, the order book, memos and challans, vendors and their bills, your own website, karigar wastage, dead stock, the day book and your CA export. They are all set out on inside the app.
